Subway had been going up against prominent competitions like McDonald’s, KFC, and what have you. Despite differentiating themselves through their healthier offerings, to the everyday Malaysian eye, they’re still fast food. Luckily, their social media was left wanting. So, that’s what we did: we ramped their social media relatability, serving fun, fresh content to their online fans, while continuously serving fresh, healthy subs in their stores.
The Big Idea
We turned a new leaf on fast food stereotypes using social media to educate consumers on the nutrition they get from our subs.
